DailyMile Nutrition Challenge: Fridge Confessions

In my fridge at work, I have the following:

  • several cans of Dr. Pepper (normally 1 can per day);
  • 1 bottle of water (normally 2 bottles per day);
  • 1 orange;
  • 1/3 of a package of Oreos (I’ve been eating those for almost a month); and
  • 1 huge bowl of cottage cheese with pineapple and blueberries.

I need refills on water and more yogurts.
